I have a leak

Before submitting a repair request, we advise you to first investigate/check the following yourself:

Where is the leak coming from? What is the possible cause?
Ask your neighbours (if applicable).
Check bathroom sealant and joints.
Check pipework.
Check taps.
In the event of a roof leak: is it a tiled roof or a flat (bitumen) roof?

By providing the correct information, we are better able to direct the correct parties for repairs. When sending requests by email, we greatly appreciate photos to clarify the complaint. This can be sent to service@365beheer.nl.
